These are the only methods of payment that we accept. All funds are in US dollars.
The following types of payment are NOT accepted.
Most customers choose to ship orders with a subtotal under $50 by Priority Mail. Orders with a subtotal over $50 require insurance or a signature upon delivery and ship by your choice of either UPS, USPS Insured Priority Mail or USPS Express Mail. USPS will require a signature upon delivery for orders with a subtotal over $100 using USPS Insured Priority Mail. Orders to businesses should include the business name to insure delivery. Only owners manuals and other literature can be shipped by USPS Standard Mail. All APO addresses, PO boxes, orders to Canada, Puerto Rico, Alaska, Hawaii, and all US territories will be shipped by US Mail.
Orders for large quantities may require different shipping methods. We reserve the right to use our best method for these orders.
PO Boxes should be listed as part of your shipping address if it is your only way of receiving Mail. If you elect to ship by Mail and your address does not show to be a valid Mailing address, we will ship to a PO box that is listed as the billing address if it is the only valid Mail address. You should include some indication if Mail should not ship to a PO address in the billing address.
If your package is returned as undeliverable and you have given an incorrect shipping address or forwarding address, you will be liable for return shipping at the standard $7.25 rate or exact cost which ever is greater. If you can not receive either Mail Or UPS at the shipping address you have given please let us know in the notes section of the shopping cart.
4: Shipping Charges
Most US customers choose to have their remote controls shipped by Priority Mail.
Foreign customers are responsible for any import duties or other fees charged by their local authorities.
5: Express Mail
Currently, we do not offer any express shipping options.
There may be credit card restrictions. Credit card Address Verification is not
available in all areas.
You are liable for any import duties or taxes.

In stock items usually ship within 1 to 3 work days variable by current order loads.
Typical shipping times on non stock items are 4-8 days.
Normal back order items usually ship in 15 to 25 work days.
National back order items ship when available.
You Are Liable For Your Order Until You Have Received An Order Cancellation Notice.
Back Orders that are received within 90 days will ship when received.
All products purchased from NewRemoteControl & ErsWebSales are warranted by the manufacturer unless indicated ERS warranty. Manufacturer's warranties apply from the date of purchase.
Terms of warranty may vary. The typical warranty period for all items sold on this web
site is 90 days.
Some remote controls are packaged with batteries from the manufacturer. These batteries are not considered in the price of your remote and are not included in any warranty.
Remote controls and accessories that fail within the manufacturers warranty period
should be returned to ERS for exchange unless the invoice or any manufacturers paperwork
included with the item specifies "return to manufacturer for warranty".
For US Customers Purchasing OEM Replacement Remote Controls: If you include the model number of the set that you are purchasing the remote control for, we will verify the correct application for factory original replacement remotes and compatibility for the manufacturers substitute remote up to any posted differences. For ERS subs, generic remotes, or universal remotes that are listed as subs we guarantee compatibility except for any posted limitations.
For US Customers Purchasing Generic Replacement or Universal Remote Controls: The remote
controls we sell that are referred to as "Generic Remotes" are designed to work
a specific manufacturers product line. Generic remotes are always returnable. You are liable for re-stocking fees unless you include the make and model number on your original order. Compatibility on universal remotes is strictly limited to models that we have listed as a replacement or instances where the manufacturer has indicated specific models. Most blister packed universal remotes are only returnable if defective for warranty exchange.
For US Customers Purchasing OEM Replacement Accessories Other Than Remote Controls: If you include the model number of the set that you are purchasing the accessory item for, we will verify the correct application for factory original replacement parts and compatibility for the manufacturers substitute part up to any posted differences. For ERS subs, generic items, or universal items that are listed as subs we guarantee compatibility except for any posted limitations.

All returns must be authorized and must be issued a
return authorization to be accepted.
Contact our Returns Desk at firstname.lastname@example.org to discuss any return requests.
Any authorized returns will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Shipping charges are not refundable.
All Credit Card refunds will be issued to the originally
charged credit card only. Refund checks will only be issued in the original order
name only and mailed to the original address only.
Any remote control or accessory that is not a normally stocked item is considered to be a special order item. Special orders can not be cancelled after our order is placed to our distributor and are only returnable if defective for warranty exchange.
All Literature Sales Are Final. No returns for any owners or service manuals for any
reason. The only time manuals will be exchanged is if the supplier sent the incorrect
manual and then it is to exchange for the correct item only.
Customer is liable for any shipping charges to our facility. This includes warranty returns and exchanges. We will not reimburse Next Day delivery charges for any reason including warranty issues.
Customer is liable for the item until it is received by Electronic Repair Service. We will not be liable for any lost or damaged items. Insurance and delivery confirmation are recommended.
Electronic Repair Service will cover normal return shipping on warranty replacements. Any additional or special shipping charges will be the responsibility of the customer.
11: Shipping Damage
NO SHIPPING DAMAGE CLAIMS WILL BE HONORED WITHOUT CONTAINER AND ALL PACKING MATERIALS!!
Shipping damage must be immediately reported to the carrier.
Shipping damaged items sent by Mail (USPS) must be returned to us with shipping
container and all packaging.

All Prices are subject to change. In the event of incorrect pricing due to supplier price change, clerical errors, or posting errors, we will not be liable to provide the product at less than dealer cost plus normal shipping. Price changes on special order items that are more than a 10% increase will be quoted before the order is processed.
Orders are billed in total and will ship complete unless there will be a back order in excess of 7 days. Special Order items are charged at the time of order and cannot be cancelled!
